Privacy Policy — Attendance App

This policy describes how the Attendance mobile application (“App”) processes information when used by employees of organizations that use our attendance platform. The service is operated by Abadi Group (attendance-api.abadigroup.net).

1. Who this applies to

The App is for employees authorized by their employer. Employer controls workplace policies, branch assignments, and access to employment and attendance records.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: employee ID or email, name, and authentication tokens when you sign in.
• Attendance data: clock-in/out times, status, branch assignment, and related HR records.
• Location data: GPS coordinates when you use attendance features (clock in/out, geofence verification near your work location). Location is collected when you use those features, not for advertising.
• Photos: images captured during attendance check-in/out for verification.
• Files: files uploaded when requesting overtime, time off, and attendance request for verification.
• Device and app information: app version for compatibility and update checks.

3. How we use information

We use this data to record attendance, apply location rules set by employer, process overtime, time off, and approval workflows, and operate the service securely.

4. Who receives information

• Employer and authorized administrators (e.g. HR, managers) within organization.
• Infrastructure used to host our API at attendance-api.abadigroup.net, under our instructions.

We do not sell your personal information. The App does not display third-party advertising.

5. Security

Production communication with our servers uses HTTPS. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

6. Retention

Data is retained according to employer policies and our platform retention rules.

7. Your choices

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
